She has trained thousands of student leaders and university administrators across dozens of states, specializing in shifting compliance-driven DEI metrics into student-first, high-impact campus community programs.

Founding Director & Institutional StrategistDr. Christopher C. Irving is a prominent educational leader, system strategist, and advocate for marginalized student groups.
